Tegal Corp - TGAL - reported that it has awarded patents to multiple bidders for three of the four bid lots of Tegal’s NLD Patent Portfolio recently offered for sale for an aggregate consideration of approximately $4M. Otter Tail Corp - OTTR - announced it has sold its trucking business, E.W. Wylie, to Walden Smokey Point, Inc. and lastly; MoSys Inc - symbol MOSY - and Invensas Corp reported that they entered into a patent purchase agreement. Invensas has purchased 73 memory technology patents from MoSys for $35 million in cash. MoSys retained a royalty-free license to the patents to cover its Bandwidth Engine product line and technology partners, along with related rights to offer sublicenses to current and future partners.
